The film cannot bite into the upper pillow type packaging machine hot roll, or separate from the hot roll or the two ends are uneven
1、 The center of film, guide groove, longitudinal sealing roller and transverse sealing roller is not in a straight line
2、 The film guide channel is too inclined
3、 The speed of eccentric sprocket of transverse sealing hot roll is abnormal
Adjustment method
1、 Turn the adjusting knob on the roller of the longitudinal pillow packer to the right to increase the pressure. The film thickness will be stretched. It should be noted that excessive stretching will not seal
2、 Reduce the pressure of the longitudinal heat sealing roll. If the pressure is too high, the film cannot be clamped in and may be extruded
3、 The clamping amount of the longitudinal sealing roll is more than usual, and it should be 10 mm at 7 mm generally
4、 If the two ends are still uneven through the above adjustment of pillow packaging machine, bend the film inward beyond the guide groove on the side
5、 The center line of the film guide groove has errors and should be replaced if it is not manufactured well
